To bring awareness to your body and mind I love to incorporate breathing exercises and meditation in my lessons. I have always worked hard at keeping in shape with a love for health and fitness. Growing up in Flippin, I was an All-State basketball player for the Bobcats, and went on to become an All-American at Harding University. I also competed in the Arkansas women's body building competition and won the overall state championship in 1992.

My focus is on personal training, small group training and teaching group fitness classes such as boot camps and Zumba dance. I was a science teacher at the high school and college level before I got sick and had to leave the classroom. Suffering from autoimmune issues for the past fifteen years, I set out to find healing on the yoga mat and through other lifestyle changes.
